Hey, maybe you could make a challenge out of this. If you make it through the period of strong triggers, you will be very proud. You also could try to replace the drinking ritual with something like reading or taking a long walk. Before taking the first sip, you could think about the horrible feelings in the morning. What I also noticed, the strong desire to drink doesnt last very long in minutes. You could set a timer to 10 minutes and see if the cravings are still strong.
