It is 7:30 AM and I am writing. All this while being on a vacation, unbelievable to me. Usually I would sleep in slightly hung-over.
Yesterday we made 700km and arrived in Breslau. This beautiful city welcomed us with the evening rush hour. The traffic was crazy, I started sweating and swearing. Everybody was driving like an idiot, except of me. They have a crosswalk for every traffic-light. In Germany a crosswalk means, a pedestrian can just cross the street and all the cars have to wait. Here it just shows there is a traffic-light.
I was constantly worried about somebody spontaniously crossing the road, while having all the cars behind me. Somehow I made it, and we arrived at our place.
After such a stressy action, normally I would need a beer to calm down. Usually my girlfriend and me would have a drink to welcome a new place.
This time no bottle was there to hold my hand and pat my head. I had to do this on my own. It was enjoyable, but in a more real way than I am used to.
Stay tuned my friends, the journey continues.
